The theme for this seminar highlights the fact that tenants know more than many landlords and as such lay traps for the unwary. Dave will be covering many areas where landlords can unknowingly trip up.

 

Dave will be available in our Landlord Clinic to answer your individual queries on a range of subjects including property standards, licensing, repairs, health & safety, energy efficiency, tenancy deposit scheme, joint tenancies and much more.

 

The Residential Landlords Association also have a stand at R25 throughout the course of the day and as usual have a very attractive membership offer for those considering joining a national association.
