Prospero is a property investment company with a difference. We focus on sourcing, selecting, financing, structuring, letting and asset managing property deals. We do not just focus purely on the price below market value (BMV). We look at the rental yield of the asset, its location and the quality of the interior and exterior. We even develop and refurbish a number of our properties, adding further value. |
